"This clip is on weight loss. And weight loss is something that I think, that we all want to do. And it's actually not as hard as we think it is. So some of the keys to losing weight, are number one, to focus on balancing our blood sugar. So when we balance our blood sugar, we actually regulate our metabolism. And we give our bodies the sense that everything is on queue. And we're actually able to then start metabolizing our fat. And using it for glucose. So when your blood sugar is out of balance. What you have is, too much insulin coming into your system. And insulin tells your body to start storing fat rather than to start burning fat. Well, if you want to start burning fat, you have to reduce your blood sugar. Thereby, reducing insulin. Some of the best ways to balance your blood sugar, are adding protein, healthy fat and just a little bit of carbohydrate to each meal and snack. And I have, actually a healthy snack that does balance blood sugar. It's a protein bar. And this one is by BioGenesis. And it's called the Gluco Support bar. And so this one actually has in it, about ten grams of protein, about twenty grams of carbohydrates and about six grams of fat. And that's a nice balance."
