"Now I'll demonstrate running uphill. Running uphill is absolutely great like I said for your cardiovascular health and also for your leg muscles it strengthens the legs like you won't believe. Now one thing you want to remember when you're running uphill is to run heel toe, use your arms and upper body to get you up that hill and just go for it. So I'll demonstrate that now. Running on your trail can be fun and challenging. Just always remember to pace yourself and breathe remember to breathe. That's the key."
