Supplement overdosing. Overdosing on vitamin supplement can be toxic and dangerous. You want to make sure that you don’t take more than you are supposed to of these supplements. You want to take supplements with between 100 and 500 percent of the RDI or the RDA amounts, and we discussed RDI and RDA in a previous segment. So in regards to supplement overdosing you want to make sure you don’t exceed the UL intakes or the Upper Tolerable Intakes. "
