"You know some of the best sauerkraut and I know some people love it and some people hate it. But, some of the best sauerkraut is made with fresh cabbage. You chop it up; add a little bit of salt. Sprinkle a little bit on there. Put it in a bowl, add some water and leave it for a couple of days. Oddly enough, that's actually fermented. It will taste so delicious. It's great for condiments, you can add it to your sandwiches, and you can add it to your hot dogs obviously. Everyone likes to go to a barbeque. And, it's good for that kind of thing. Also what's great about it is once you've fermented it, it actually increases the Vitamin C in it. And, it's so much more healthy for you. This sauerkraut is actually, if you can believe it and I'm sure you can. It's a traditional folk medicine cure for constipation and acne. So, once you have all those cured up and everything is all good you can just keep eating this to populate your gut and you're all good. And, healthy for you."
