"Hey there back again for healthy tips for a good night sleep. Oh yeah, well you know, we all kind of every once in a while have a sweet tooth and I know I do every once in a while too and it's healthy. I get the more healthy version ones, but they're still sweet and they're still sugary. The problem with them is the sugar interrupts the sleep patterns, it gets you all reveled up and lots of energy and of course you're not going to go to bed or sleep well for that matter. Some good tips to have instead, maybe some warm milk. It sounds kind of disgusting but you'll be surprised how helpful that is for sleeping or even better, get the tryptophan, I know you've heard that word, some turkey and maybe add a little piece of fruit, just a little piece of it. The sugar from the fruit that is helps to make sure that you absorb the tryptophan so much better and it helps you sleep even better. So that's a good thing. Another thing is don't full up on a lot of food at night, late at night. If you stop eating by the time 6 or 7 rolls around, that's a good thing, you can get to sleep so much better because if you're all full at 9 o'clock at night just before you go to bed, you're not sleeping well and that's really going to suck. So, my tips to you are, no sugar, some warm milk or some tryptophan like turkey and not a lot of food and make sure you stop eating around 7 o'clock at night. Good health to you."
