"We're going to talk about--a little bit about indigestion. Now, peppermint leaves increases the bile secretion. This is a really fantastic plant for indigestion, as is chamomile. Again, beware of the ragweed allergy. But both of them cannot be effective if you know that you're eating foods that you're allergic to. Really important, I think, to talk about digestive enzymes, whether it's bromelain or the pineapple plant or any of the other digestive enzymes that work on carbohydrates and fats and proteins, because, as we grow older, we just--these are diminished. So, I would start with sipping on water with lemon, which can act to--as a hydrochloric acid, HCl, which is really important. And then, if those kind of things don't work, go ahead and start taking some herbs. And you can also, again, add some probiotics, which is the beneficial flora. And the other thing I want to say about indigestion is just, how do you eat? Do you chew well? Do you just kind of inhale your food? Those are the kind of things that you need to be careful of."
