"Ok, so now we have covered quite a bit on raw live food but most of this stuff it looks like you have to go shopping to get this and except for the sprouts you do. But you could go into the gardening scene and here we have "Great water crests" which is growing in our spring water that we have and down here further, we have lettuces. It is also always good to be able to create a garden spot, go out there and grow your own vegetables, like broccoli and tomatoes and strawberries and blueberries, all these things can be grown in the garden. Depending on where you live and what your weather is like and what the seasons are like you will have to, you should try and develop a really great garden where you can get your onions and your garlic and all those great scrumptious vegetables that grow in the garden. So, please do not forget the garden."
