"Hi, I'm Jan Kain. Here's another Chi Gong exercise you can do. We're going to cultivate the chi into that nice little ball and now we're going to work the spine and the waist with it. So, again you've got the chi, you've got that magnetic force, all that magnetic energy, you know how to roll your ball. Now we're going to move a little bit more of the spine and the waist. So, if you're in standing position, you're just going to soften your knees and go ahead and turn from one side to the other. Almost like we did when we were warming up. You always want to make sure that you're a little bit warm and that you start warming your spine very gently before you actually get into a twist. It's really, really important. If you're seated in a chair, you can do the same thing and just move the upper body. Now, we're going to add the ball. That ball of energy with all that magnetic force in between, that's what you have. A nice big ball in one direction or the other direction. Right, now together, don't forget your breath, inhaling and exhaling, I'm going to do the spine twist. All the way around as far as you can go, back in the center, with the ball. You can actually see my ball of energy doesn't change, it just gets stronger. Then over to the other side. Again, the knees are soft, the abdomen is pulled in really nice and tight to always protect your back. So, again, energy, chi, spine. Like I always say, the agile spine is the healthy spine so you always want to try and keep moving. Now, with this one, you go as slow as you need to go, no need to speed it up. Moving meditation, and relax."
