"We are going to talk about using EFT to help speed the healing of injuries. Whatever injury you have, you can just follow along with me as long as you are tuning into your own issues, that's all that matters. So we will start of by rating, just rate your injury in general; the level of discomfort you have with your own injury. So, "zero" is there's no injury and life is grand. And "ten" is, it's a debilitating injury. Let's get started with "Karate chop point." Even though I have this shoulder injury, I deeply and completely love and accept myself. Even though I have this injury that is driving me crazy, I deeply and completely love and accept myself. I accept my injury. I forgive my injury. I forgive myself for being injured. And I forgive anyone or anything that had anything to do with my being injured. Even though I have this injury, I deeply and profoundly love and accept myself. We'll start at the eyebrow, this painful injury. Side of eye, this injury. Under your eye, I fear I'm never going to heal from this injury. Under nose, what if I keep re-injuring myself over and over? Chin, I'm never going to be free of this injury. Collar bone, my body is damaged for good. Under arm, I'm never going to get over this injury. Liver point, this injury. Wrists, this painful injury. Top of head, this injury. Now, there are all kinds of ways you can continue the healing of the injury. So now you can take the basic recipe that we just worked on and work on specific aspects of the injury to further the healing. One of the things you can do is a specific round on say, the protective memory from getting the injury. And you can do "even though I have this protective memory in my shoulder, I deeply and completely love and accept myself." You can do a round on "even though I have this protective memory in my muscles, I deeply and completely love myself." Or "even though I have this protective memory in my tissues, I deeply and completely love and accept myself." And you can do a round on "even though I have this protective memory in my cells, I deeply and completely love and accept myself." And for each one, do a complete round. And anything that pops up while you are doing the round, keep that in mind and make that its own round. "
