"So now we are going to work on heartache. Dealing with relationships that have breaking up or even in a relationship, any form of heartache and doing so we are going to introduce a new variation of EFT, that is exaggeration. I like to really cut to the quick and take the worse case scenario because really it is what is going on with you and you want to address the truth as fully as possible. So if you are thinking I feel like a loser, let's now work on I feel like a loser. Let’s go straight to the part of the matter is I am a loser and let’s just cut all of that out. So let's get started on your karate chop point even though I have this heartache, I deeply and completely love and forgive myself. Even though I have this love pain, I deeply and profoundly love and except all of me. Even though I have this heartache, this love pain I deeply and completely love and forgive all of me. We would start on the eyebrow point "this heartache" side of eye "this love pain" under your eye "I'm just a big oh loser" under your nose "I'm never ever going to be loved" your chin "I am unlovable" collar bone "no body is ever going to love me again" underarm "nobody ever loved me in the first place" liver point "because I'm just unlovable" wrist point "I have all this love pain, top of head "oh this heartache.” We are going to take a deep breath and let's see if it had moved at all and because we have introduce some new topics and exaggerated we might have even made it feel worse. That is okay, that is just getting you to tune in more completely to the issue that is affecting you. So now we can continue on with even though I still have some heartache and some love pain. Alright we did that round, you may notice that we incorporated a lot of the variations that we have talked about. We talked about choosing to feel better, we even talked about the argument of I want to feel better, I'm not ready and addressing both sides, we exaggerated the feeling and the important thing with EFT is that you really can't do it wrong it all works. And if you want to do just the pure basic recipe of this sad, this sadness, this sadness that would work but for some people they want to find more variation to get to the truth of the matter with them and that is how the variations help them out. The more you do it the more you would know intuitively for you what methods work best for you and it is great to combine you can use any method that you choose and any round that you choose. Just use it as you wish. "
