"If you purchase the make you?re at, your trays at home kit, what you'll do is you'll begin by brushing your teeth making sure that you have clean teeth and you'll be choosing one arch to start with. So we'll say that we're starting with the upper arch. The upper arch is the full arch, whereas your lower arch is a partial as you can see the difference. What we'll do is you need to take 2 putties of different colors, the blue and the white, and you will mix them together and as you're mixing them together, you have only about a 20 to 30 second period to do so. If you mix it longer than that, what you'll find, and you're just going to go very quickly in mixing it. The colors do not have to blend, so that it is a light color powder blue, not at all. You're basically just looking to get the two mingled together. Once you do that you are going to flatten it, put it into your tray, you want to make sure that it's evenly spread throughout the whole tray, so that all teeth would get this material covered with, or all areas, and you would insert into your mouth. As you're doing that when you insert it into your mouth, you will need to make sure that it is centered over the arch and that you're lifting up on the back teeth in the molar area so that your teeth are embedded nice and firmly in that material. You will need to stay with this on your teeth for about 2 minutes and after the 2 minutes you?ll find that it will have hardened. When you take it out you'll have a nice impression, a center impression of your teeth in that impression tray. This whole tray, and the same would be true for that lower tray after you would do your lower arch will now be going back to the lab, in that self addressed prepaid envelope that we spoke of, and what will happen there is that the lab takes it and they will make your custom tray. In about 3 weeks you'll be sent back both an upper and a lower tray from which to do your whitening from and these trays will be perfectly fit to your teeth to your arches to give you maximum whiteness and great coverage."
