"Just a couple quick types I wanted to go over before we finish. Always important to maintain proper body position especially when we get into specific muscles which we're trying to isolate and stretch cause once you start getting sloppy with your positions and your body than you start stretching a whole bunch of different set of muscles. So it's important to remember. It's very important to remember to maintain your breathing. You always want to breathe in and out. Some of the exercises, you want to be inhaling with different moves and exhaling with other moves but not all of them. It's just important to always maintain the breathing. It's also really important when possible, keep your abdominals contracting and also keep your lumbar, pelvis tilted. Like we showed in the first video. If you can hold that position with most of the exercises, it's just going to add to the whole area. It's going to add to the stretching. So as far when your a chair at home or at work, especially at work in the 99 position a little more about what that is, is you just want to make sure your properly seated. So you have, your legs are coming across straight at the same level as your hips. So your thighs are coming off straight and than your legs come straight down from there and than your feet would be flat on the floor. So you want to just make sure that you adjust your chair. You always want to have a chair that adjust height. So in that actual, natural position. It's what we call the neutral position when your sitting."
