" Hi I’m Angela on behalf of Expert Village.com and right now I am going to show you a home remedies technique to eliminate menstrual cramps. Now one of the ways you can do this is to get into your shower and the soul purpose of getting rid of the cramps is heating up the muscles and relaxing them. So what you can do is lie in your shower and turn the water on very very hot and target the water pressure while you are lying down on your abdomen right here because these are where the cramps are occurring. and it is relaxing those muscles with heat. Now if you don’t have time for that or if you just want to stay in our bed and feel very ill, another thing that you can do is fill up a sock or any fabric that can do this and fill it up with rice or beans. These are filled up with jasmine rice and put in the microwave for 2 minutes and when you take it out, it will be heated. You can also put spices and herbs in there if that will also be more soothing for you, the sent of it and then place it on your abdomen and while you are lying in bed and then just press it in different areas of the abdomen where they hurt the most. on 10/5/2009 I was always taught to use hot towels, but essentially it's the same thing as the hot shower - heat + pressure = "ahhhhhh" :)
