"Hi! I am Angela, and I will be discussing posture and the proper back support that you should have for good posture. As you can see, this is a very ergonomic chair. It is catered to the back to have good posture, the armrests. It is commonly used in office. For the lower back, it is essential that you have padding, and that your back is pressed against it, because this prevents you from slouching forward when you are tired. Also, it is what relieves all the stress on the back. If you lean forward, you will experience back pain especially in the upper back and in the neck as well, so what you want to do is lean against it and you will not experience that pain, but if you lean forward and you do not rely on this, it can also create back damage permanently and will injure the lumbar discs, so this is the proper back support for good posture."
