"What I mean by when I say eat naturally, I'm really talking about two different things. I'm talking about what is going on naturally internally inside of you and what is going on externally on the outside. So a really good way to think about eating natural would be to think about after you eat something, how do you feel. How does it make you feel? Do you feel good? Do you feel energized? Do you feel full? Do you still feel hungry? Should I continue going on? When you are eating externally, you might want to think about making sure that you are getting a variety of foods and that you are not eating just one type of food. Often times when people are busy they keep granola bars or things like that with them and they call that there meal. They are really not getting a variety and that is not natural so an example of a natural meal would be something like this. So you have some carbohydrates, some protein, fat and you have the dairy and then you might have a dessert. That's okay all foods can fit as long you're getting a variety and you're eating an appropriate portion sizes. We will talk about paying attention to your hunger fullness sensation later on in the segments so we can get a better grasp on how that might be a better way to start eating naturally and internally."
