Then the supporting vitamins and minerals that we have been talking about so the obvious benefit would be we're going to have increased energy and getting all of those nutrients. We're also going to have a decreased chance of diseases many of the diseases that we hear about all the time like heart disease, diabetes, many cancers, intestinal problems and also depression. Some other benefits that will have healthy organs a lot of times people don't even realize that the skin is the large organ of the body. Eating a healthy well balance diet with an increase energy metabolism will often provide people with beautiful healthy skin. You can also have a healthy heart, healthy liver, healthy kidneys those are all very important. Then brain function we talked about energy metabolism it helps the brain so you can make good decisions when you have a healthy diet and healthy energy metabolism. Then there is maintenance. I kind of put maintenance in decreased aging. If you are eating a diet that is providing you with a healthy metabolism and you start to shedding your skin or shedding those bones. If you have healthy metabolism, those are going to rebuild and your body is going to maintain and work much longer time and a lot of many years. So these are some great benefits that you have when you are eating a healthy diet for your energy metabolism.
