"How to draw an ant. Not your aunt but the insect. Start with a circle for the head, a circle for the middle part and a circle for the back. Give it some eyes. Give it a happy smile. Give it antennas and you can even make little even though real ant antennas don't exactly quite look like that. Give it some legs and if you teach children remember that insects have six legs. So one, two, three on one side and then I make the lines cut the other way for the other side. But you know ants legs doesn't have to be perfect. And you know you can do a little you know cool reflection right there. Kind of makes it look neat. There is your cartoon ant. Now to show you how learning to draw cartoons is the basis where you can teach yourself to draw really more intricate and more professional things. Here is a more professional looking ant. Almost the same thing. A little slightly different shaped head. The middle part if you look at an ant is segmented a little bit differently and then the back part is very big. Much bigger. The eyes are kind of like that. The antennas are more kind of like something like that. You can look in a science book and get a really good. There you have a little reflection there. And you can make the legs. I like to make the legs double to make it look a little more realistic. And there you have slightly more realistic looking and like you might see in a science text book or something. But there you have it. How to draw an ant. "
