"Today I'm going to teach you how to draw cartoon animals in Microsoft Paint. Let's make some details to the characters eyes drop a little bit of reflection in there and there you have it, a cute little kitty character on a nice summer day. Let's go to file and we're not going to save this we're going to make a whole new project and I think I want to make the kitty's nimbus's a big goofy fun looking dog character. I think I'm not going to make the body for the character because we already know how to make bodies so let's pretty much focus on the head. Or maybe part of the characters body and maybe a hand sticking up so click on black and then I'm going to click on the ellipse tool I have the thickness of what I want here. I'm going to click on the ellipse tool and I'm going to drag out another circle a really big wide oval shape, let me drag it out like so. I'm glad that happen that is a mistake that I want you to see do you remember previously that we did the sun for the character we used the ellipse tool. We chose that third one down there and what happen it filled in the color already well we did not deselect that. So we need to select this right here so that when we do in fact pull the ellipse out it will only be a outline of black."
