"The other kind of batteries are lithium ion rechargeables. And these batteries will charge up and they normally have to have their own type of exclusive charger that generally comes with the camera if they have this type of battery. And the nice thing about them, is that they'll keep their charge for a good long while, probably several weeks or several months. So you don't have to be there and always charge it up right before you go use it. It's basically waiting for you to use it. Now these cameras cost more money. They cost probably between fifteen to eighty dollars, depending on the camera. And it's good to have a battery back up. So have two batteries fully charged when you go out on a photo shoot. It's important because without batteries, you can't do anything. And if it's a lithium ion battery, you can't go down to the local convenient store and pick up some because there are just so many different kinds that only camera shops will carry them and generally, they won't be charged."
