"Hello, I'm Matt Cail and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you to make a witch costume today. Now we are going to move in and do some eye affects and basically what we are going to start doing is in the very inside of the eye make sure you or your model has the eyes closed during all this stuff, no need to poke in the eye this Halloween season. We are going to start in the very inside of the eye and kind of extend it a little bit inwards in some black lines. Be very gentle here and we are going to extend this black line around on the top of the eyelid. This would be not super thick probably about half of an eraser width for the makeup here. Just making very gentle, very detailed work here. So make sure all the black lines connect and actually it is a very solid black in the inside. Definitely blend with the green, you do not have to have just a solid black ordinary line. What we are looking for though is to have it pretty pronounce and then to blend with the existing green paint underneath. You can also have it come out a little bit from the edges of the eyes like so. It does not have to stop on just the eyelid and then we are going to repeat this effect on the other eye. "
