"Hello, I'm Matt Cail and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you to make a witch costume today. The next important part for a witch costume is our hat, now there is a lot of things you can do here. You can really get creative. I have seen witches and everything from things you would not imagine like baseball caps, all sorts of things. I tend to be a little bit more traditional which I'm recommending for you to do as well and that is then basically go with the good ole chronicle black hat. The main characteristics of this is you are going to have a circular bottom, it could be frail around the edge, it might be bent in certain directions but that is fine just have it so it would be at least a semi circle around your head. This is going to taper up off your head to a point now the hat does not have to go up from top to bottom, it may be bent over backwards, it might have patches on the sides or a fake owl or a worms going out, or other piece. You know really look very very warned. That is okay you don't have to actually have all of your witches hats look like they just came off the shelf. In fact the better hats actually look if somebody have been wearing them the other three hundred and sixty-four days of the year outside Halloween. "
