"Hi, my name is Lori with Figs Catering in Austin, Texas on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make an entire Thanksgiving meal. Now we are going to chop out onions for the vegetarian mushroom stuffing. To do this I'm going to cut of one end of the onions here and then I'm going to flip it on over and where root is in where this root end is I'm going to slice it off just barely so that the root stays together. You want to make sure you cut it where the root stays together in half cause that is going to hold your onions together as you slice it up. Now I'm going to remove the outer shell of the onion the paper part of the onions is uneatable, so you want to make sure you get rid of all that. I got one more onion that I need to do this with and if you like more onion feel free to add more this is also really good with leaves you can add yellow onions that is a little sweeter. Chives, green onions, options are really endless with this recipe. "
