"Hi my name is Lori with Figs Catering in Austin, Texas on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make a entire Thanksgiving meal. Whenever you set your table for Thanksgiving you also want to consider the main centerpiece which is always the turkey. So whenever you think about that think about just doing a few little things to your turkey. These are just some gourds that we had lying around here in this kitchen so we just went ahead and place them on the cutting board like so. Now we use a cutting board just cause we thought it was really neat and pretty however you can use a turkey platter. There are several things you can use so be creative. Also because we do stuff our turkey we have a few herbs coming out of the turkey. Because we use the sage butter it would be appropriate to put sage coming out, rosemary would be nice, thyme all kinds of fun herbs. Just to kind of pop the color a little bit more. Other things I like to use when I garnish my turkey are cucubita that brings a nice orange color, golden nuggets are beautiful around the turkey as well as lemons and oranges around the turkey. So have fun with the garnishes go ahead and set up your turkey."
