How to Put Pie Crust in Pan

"Hi, my name is Lori with Figs Catering in Austin, Texas on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make an entire Thanksgiving meal. Another part of your Thanksgiving dinner is desserts. So first we are going to make our pumpkin pie. To do that we are going to start off with a pie pan. Now, we are going to use frozen pie crust cause frozen pie crust works very well. You can also find frozen pie crust in the tin already so you can use that as well. First I'm just going to go ahead and spray the very bottom with a little bit of pan release. Next I got my chilled pie crust and we are going to remove it from the package, you want to be very gentle with it. But I'm going to gently unroll it over my pie shell here just like so. Again you want to be very gentle with this dough, I'm gently going to place it into the pan with my hands I'm just going to work it around the edge of the pan here. "
