I'm gonna show you today how to make some paper snowflakes. When a lot of people think of paper snowflakes they imagine people spending hours or even days inter key cutting paper with scissors. But actually the real process is not nearly that complicated but involves a number of folds. And while the folds are not that hard to do you need to make sure you get them right. So, gonna start demonstrating those now. Let's take our square piece of paper now and we're gonna make our first big fold. What we're gonna do, we want to make a triangle. So take one edge of the paper and fold down and over on to the other one and we want to make this a very very very nice fold. So very quickly go over it and then make sure you don't have any excess at the corners. It's like and if you do actually, see like right here is a little bit not quite so perfect, don't go on, rewind. Take that up and let's fix it. Let's fix it and if you have to smooth things out a little bit. And you go back over until you actually, you have the nice perfect fold. I mean this is really important especially this early on. If it's not, if you don't have you edges match up you kind of lose some of the symmetry and it doesn't have to be perfect, yeah probably not but it will result in a much much better snowflake to have all your edges perfectly matched up and you'll form a nice triangle.
