"Hi I'm Karina Fraley for Expert Village and I'm going to be showing you how to make some pine cone turkeys. Now there are endless variations on the old pine cone turkey. I decided that I'm going to basically go for the mixed medium. So for this little guy you are going to need a pine cone, some foam sheets or some little foam precut feathers. These I actually free handed from some foam sheets. Some feathers, and some little pom poms for the eyes and also some chenille pipe cleaners for the body, a glue gun and some glue sticks and some scissors. And basically, what you're going to want to do before you actually, if you go out and collect pine cones on your own as opposed to buying them in the store you're going to want to bake them for about forty five minutes in a two hundred degree oven that's going to take care of any little bugs that might be nesting in there so you do want to go ahead and do that. The ones you buy at the store are already treated. So basically these are the supplies and I'll see you in the next clip and show you how to make it."
