"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make this delicious pecan pie. Now that we have our filing into our pie there is one final step to make this a beautiful pie fit for everyones Thanksgiving Day table. You're going to take pecan halves and you're going to use them to put on top of the pie in a decorative pattern. We are going to place the nuts gently on top of the pie. Now remember that the filling is still very, very liquidly. Although it's full of nuts it gives it a little more of a solid base, the pecan has easily sinked down into it. If you drop one you want to make sure that you get it and place it directly on top. You can do pretty much any pattern that you want to. I'm just going around the outside of the pie so that when you cut the pie it's going to have a nice pattern to it and every slice will have pecans up at the top."
