"My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to make sugar cookies. Here you see sugar cookies, I let them cool for about ten minutes. You can see now they are relatively crispy. These will be a little bit softer on the inside, see when you break them apart nice and brown on the bottom. The thinner cookies as you can see cooked a lot faster so if you are going to do cookies that you are cutting out. You might want to actually do them separately from the drop cookies or you're going to want to leave them a lot thicker. Also if you want a more define shape cause clearly this is no longer a star it is more of a blob, then you're going to want to make sure you get your dough nice and cold. For the drop cookies it does not have to be cold at all, you'll see these are much more crunchier. All in all this whole recipe is really easy to make from start to finish it will take you about fifteen minutes like twenty minutes (twenty-twenty five minutes) when you actually make the dough and you can make the dough in advance, so you can actually put it in the fridge. You can use it up to probably three or four days later so other than that I hope you enjoyed watching the video, check out some other videos on Expert Village and enjoy your sugar cookies."
