"Okay now the shuffle accompanies the karaoke and it is another lateral movement. What Steve is going to do is behind his knees, he is going to keep his head up just like he is in the game and he is going to shuffle. He is not going to cross his feet over he is just going to shuffle his feet, shuffle his feet, shuffle his feet. Go ahead and come back. He is going to shuffle and what it is is he is working his quads, he is working everything really but what it does is it keeps him in position and he is going to be ready at game time. He may not necessarily be that low but it is an exaggerated form. Now what he is going to do is he is going to come and he is going to simulate a block so go ahead and he is going to push out, push out, push out, push out, push out, push out. It is a great way to stay warm, he is getting his lower back, his hamstrings, his gluts, his calves and everything is ready and coiled and this is going to be just like game time. A lot of players will slide down in any form or fashion. This can be baseball, football, a lot of position is spent right here ready to explode and this is building this muscle but at the same time it is part of his workout and it is keeping him warm. Go ahead and do it one more time. Great form and it is a great exercise."
