"The accompany to the high knees usually what we will do is we will come back and do butt kickers so it is almost the complete opposite so what Steve is going to do now is he is going to shuffle his feet but he is going to bring his feet as high up to his butt as possible so go ahead and do in motion. Again exaggerated arms just like running in motion and he is getting as many repetitions in as possible. Go ahead and come back. What we will demonstrate now is the wrong way to do it. He doesn't want to cover a bunch of ground because that is not what he is trying to accomplish, what he is trying to accomplish is in exaggerated form go ahead and bring it back the wrong way and here he is just covering ground and it is not very good form and it is not very strict. We will go ahead and do it the right way and again he is doing this at a level where we have seen that he has warmed up. He has properly stretched and he is not just coming out and doing this cold. Butt kickers is a great exercise but make sure that it is something you have done after you have adequately warmed up and adequately stretched."
