"Another way it is fun to slide down the pole is a arch back. This is a little bit more difficult, you need some flexibility in your back and you need a lot of strength in your back in order to do these moves. There is a few different ways that you can do them and a few different levels that you can do them. This one is a basic level. It is simple and it allows for a little less strength and a little less flexibility in your back. So what I'm going to do is keep a low arm here and this arm here is going to hold the weight of your body, most of the weight of your body. Your other arm there is more stability and confidence. You want to lean forward or backwards and try to keep your body in a 45 degree angle. Always try to stay up on your toes when you do these kind of moves. Then just slide right down. I would demonstrate one more time for you so here is my low arm, here is my high arm, my 45 degree and you just slide right down. "
