"So hand placement for the advance fireman is basically the same of the other 2 fireman. This time though your body is going to change its position slightly. For the other 2 fireman we have stayed almost to the side of the pole and we've had also kept our feet very close to the floor. With these next fireman moves that I'm going to show you are both of our feet come off of the floor and your legs come together. So you are taking more of brunt of your body on your arm. So it is very important that you have a nice strong arm here again you are using a lot of your lats, your shoulders, your traps and your abdominal in order to perform this move. "
