"Hi! I'm Windell Yancy with Basic Training Skills here with my partner Curtis Jackson fpr Expert Village. We are here to talk to you about speed, agility, power and quickness. Just reminder that any of the drills that you see done today, make sure you have a professional to help you with any of these drills and just don't try to do them on your own. Please don't do these at home without supervision. Our next exercise we will do is the side shuffle. One foot over each hurdle. Very important to keep your body position like we spoke about before. A.J. hit the hurdle. That happens sometimes. Okay. Our next exercise is a dead leg explosive. It is the dead leg over the 6 inch hurdle. What you want to do is draw one knee up and keep the other legs stiff, swing through the pocket. Draw the knee up, working on quickness and explosiveness. "
