"Hi! I'm Windell Yancy with Basic Skills Training here with my partner Curtis Jackson for Expert Village. We are here to talk to you about speed, agility, power and quickness. Just a reminder that any of these drill you see done here today, make sure you have a professional to help you with it. Do not do them on your own. Please do not try to do this at home without supervision. The next drill we will work on is called hopscotch and what hopscotch is going to do is again, work on your foot speed in and out. Again, arms at L, stand up on your toes working your calf muscle. Also working your balance, keeping your shoulders over your knees. Use those arms in and out; there you go, there you go. Keep your arms at L. Good job. "
