In this section, we're going to go over a basic chain punching drill of Wing Chun. We're going to be going over the Wing Chun chain punch next. The person is punching here; you do the Pak Sao as we went over earlier. You go through a punch here; you bring this move into a Gun Sao, trapping the arm. Punching with the other arm, the left hand, now bringing this hand down to trap the elbow and punch again. So it's called a chain punch because as he's punching you continue to hit and as you continue to hit you're also trapping the arm. Here I'm trapping the arm here, I hit him with my left hand, I bring this hand down trap his arm again and hit him with my right hand. Again, across. Now say I go into a punch here and I go like this and I go into a punch and he decides to punch me with his other hand. Now I can hit him across with a Larp Sao, which is a grab. Now I'll do that slow so you see that again, so here, I went into a Pak Sao punch but he decides to hit here. I bring this into a Larp and I can hit him the same time or I can do another movement. I can do a Pak Sao punch here and then he decides to hit me here, I can go into a Bong Sao and into a strike from there. So that's how you do it to combine the moves.
