Video Transcript

"Hi, this is Toni from the Expert Village. I’m going to be teaching Tai Chi Chuan, the very beginning movements from the yang style form. We’ve done the first move of preparing, that’s called the beginning movement of Tai Chi, the next one is the pull or block to the right. Sit and pull, turn your right foot 90 degrees and sit, so we have just done this movement. Sit, open your shoulders, open, turn your hip and your heel 90 degrees and sit on to that leg, from this direction. We have just done this move, sit, pivot your right foot 90 degrees, put the weight on that foot and close."
