"Now, let's talk about one of my favorites, the three point line. When you're talking about indoor and outdoor courts, the three point line is generally if you're playing college or high school, college or high school ball, the three point line is going to be nineteen feet by nine, nineteen feet, nine inches. Today, if you want to check out the court, if you look at the very top of the circle, the very top of the circle, this is pretty much where the three point mark, this marks the three point line, the college and high school three point line. Actually, when you get into talking about the NBA and their line is, is a little bit further out, the NBA line is actually twenty three feet, nine inches. And, when you get good at shooting free throw, shooting three pointers from the college and high school line, then you can move back and start shooting some NBA threes. Whether you're talking about the hardwood, indoors or the pavement or blacktop outdoors, you want to keep in mind, stepping out to the NBA three point line is something you probably don't want to do, before you practice that college, high school line first and get that perfected. This is talking about the three point line, breaking it down for you."
