"Hello, on behalf of Expert Village my name is Unique Anderson and I'm here with X, Los, and Arvy and we're here with Energy Fitness in New York City talking about resistance band techniques. OK, now we have two variations of a row, a back row. Now, what the back row consists of is working your medial and upper rhomboids, the upper part of your back, the back part of your shoulders, and we're also gonna get some of your legs involved. So, we have two exercises that we're gonna be doing right now. Arvy's gonna start out with the traditional row, focusing on the squeeze. For those of your clients that aren't able to go down to this plane of motion it's fine for them to stand up a little higher. And then we're gonna add a little bit of spice to this side here, so we got Carlos over here and he's gonna give you an alternating row with a lateral movement focusing on the squeeze and focusing on the lateral movement in the abductors, making sure the chest is up right, the core is engaged. And to get anybody involved into this exercise focusing on that squeeze, chest is upright. Now you can even do a lateral row hop, lateral row hop, good, hop, row row, hop, row row, hop"
