"Okay, another drill for the upper body. Before I had you, when I was on the steps before we were going forward. This time we're going a little bit laterally. So what we're going to do is, you want to focus on stabilizing on one side. Right. You're walking back up and rotating. Walking with the hands and then rotating. Now from this walk to the rotation, you're working your intercostals, your abdominal region and your lower back. Now, of course, you're going to go on the opposite side to make sure that you even it out. Here, walking over, and rotate. Walking over and rotate. This is basically to add a little bit of flare to your workout and also work you in lateral planes of motion."
