"Okay, the next clip we are going to do is a rear lunge. You are going to take your band, put it under one foot. I like to cross the handles. You are going to step that leg back, take that handle underneath. Okay, now what you are going to do is keep the knee behind the toe, no further than the toe, back nice and straight. Okay, and you are going to bring it down. I like to combine, bring the arms over head. That is not necessary. This really adds an extra challenge to the lunge. Now, you do not have to add the arms, you can just keep them at shoulder level, and you are still going to feel the resistance so it is still going to be just as challenging. With the over head option, back nice and straight it is like you are going down in an elevator. That is the best way for me to describe it. "
