"One of the worst feelings in racquetball is when your opponent is in front of you the entire match. So, when your opponent is in front, some of the best things you can do. Again, the best thing is to get them out of center court and get them out of in front of you. When the opponent is in front of you, you want to come up here and kind-of do what you do in basketball when you box somebody out. You can do that, but the referee may call a hinder. They may call a little bit of contact. But you can get away with some stuff, too. There are going to be generally right around in here, dominating the front court or center court. If you are always in back and you are letting them dominate you in front, this is how you want to do it. Get up here. Let them know you are there. Step around them maybe. Feel them out and bump them around. But when your opponent is in front. Couple of things, shot selection. Hit ceiling balls. Hit passes. Move them to the back. That is the key is get them out of center court. If they are always in front of you and you are hitting bad shots, you are not aggressive enough or confident enough to take over center court. So, get some guts, get up here, move them out of the center court, hit the passing shots and now you take over the front court and put them in back. So that it is easy to hit nice, easy shots. When they are back there, you can hit just average pinch, or an average shot that doesn't have to be a kill and you might win that rally, just because you have taken them out of the front court."
