"Hi, my name is Sheryl McGlochlin and on behalf of expertvillage.com we are excited to teach you about snowshoeing today. You can find more details on my website at crazysheryl.com. We are obviously snowshoeing in the snow, that is always a good thing to have if you want to snowshoe. My favorite snowshoe to wear are the msr's and I'm going to show you more in detail. Underneath there is a lot of grip this whole line area. Fred you can even point down there and show them that whole area. That has a lot of grip you become Spider Man when you are using these snowshoes. The most important grip is right here underneath the ball of your foot. It is a very important and see how the shoe dangles around. So it is going to be kind of important to practice walking on these. I'm going to talk about poles in a minute but this is another area that would help you walk. We are just going to kind of go for a little walk with these snowshoes. We have some nice fresh powder to walk in today. It is a great time to be snowshoeing! "
