"Hi, my name is Sheryl McGlochlin with crazysheryl.com and welcome to expertvillage.com. We're talking about having in the outdoors, especially when you're walking and hiking. Whether it's in your own neighborhood, or where I like to hike is up in our mountains. But your feet and your hands are critical. The base of your body, the core of your body, will generally stay warm but your fingers and your toes are the two things that really struggle to stay warm. This is my secret: SmartWool socks. No imitations, it has to be the real thing, but I absolutely love this brand. It's called SmartWool socks. And anybody who is into outdoor adventure and outdoor recreation knows that SmartWool socks are one of the best types of socks. They're magic. They keep your feet nice and warm and comfortable. And even if they do get wet, you will not feel your feet getting wet. I have another pair of SmartWool socks on, in fact in even five or ten degrees in the winter, I am hiking or walking around my neighborhood in sandals and I actually love these sandals. If I'm in deep snow I do not use the sandals but if I am not walking in lots of snow, just along the streets, I always wear these sandals that are really great with the SmartWool socks. The other thing you have to keep different gloves or mittens, whatever works for you."
