"Hi, this is Sean Hobson, for Expert Village. What we want to talk about now is running the sweep and the pitch plays. But, before you can run those plays you have to set up the plays. We're talking about effectively setting up the sweep and the pitch. The reason for the sweep or the pitch is to get your guys to the outside into the corners and use their speed. The way you set that up is you're going to stay running inside. We're going to run our fullbacks through the right or the left side through the zero holes or we can run them through the 2 hole or through the 3 hole, or the 6 or the 4, it doesn't matter. We want to try to keep our guys in close so the defense will start adjusting in to try to stop us up the middle. That will allow us to sweep the ball to the outside after we've set it up through the middle. That's the way you effectively set up the sweep or the pitch."
