Today we are going to be talking about some basic stretching you can do before and after you run to help loosen up your muscles and help relax. Now the next stretch you are going to take a set if it is cold or rainy or snowy outside you could also do these stretches inside. You are going to go down and touch your toes. These is stretching your back as well as your legs. You want try to grab your toes and keep your knees straight. Your knees are very important that you keep them straight.
