"Hi, I'm Olga and I'm Rotem. We're former professional swimmers and we're here on behalf of Expert Village. So now we're going to show you the breaststroke kick after showing you outside the water and now you can see how it's done inside. Okay the same thing, bend your knees, bring your ankles close to your body, open your feet flex your feet, do not point them, flex and bring back in a circular motion and close. One more time, we bend the knees, flex your feet, open to the sides and close. Now Rotem is going to show you herself without my help."
