So the definition of juggling is basically keeping the ball in the air with your feet, with your legs, chest, shoulders, head. What this basically teaches you is how to control the ball and how your touch manipulates the ball so every time you are going to touch the ball, it's going to spin way or the other. It's going to go this way or that way and juggling teaches you how to control it and how to manipulate and how to understand it. So here we go you use the top of the foot and you just go straight, up side of your foot, knees and this can also teach you how to put spin on the ball. You always have to remember to alternate feet and do both feet because it's very important to learn. You are going to be in a situation where you are going to need to use your left foot and also remember that there is all different sides of your foot that you can work with. To coordinate everything together you have to get a rhythm going, you have to be on your toes. Just practice keeping it in the air simply. If you can't do anything complexed and you'll get better and better and be able to do more and more complexed things. You'll find that when you are dribbling you'll have more awareness on the ball, you'll know how it spins, how it moves off your foot and you'll be able to keep it closer to you. That is one of the main things without dribbling and about control and space you want to keep the ball close to you and part of you so that is one thing juggling teaches you what to do.
