"The next exercise that I am going to demonstrate for you is called a burpee. You will see military men and women doing this. You also see athletes such as football players doing this exercise. This exercise works every single muscle in your body and it is pretty challenging. You always want to make sure that you have proper form. What you are going to do is first bend your knees. Placing your hands on the floor, you are going to kick your feet out in a pushup position. It is very very important that you keep your abs tight so that you don’t sink down into your lower back. I’ll give you an example. This is the proper way to do it. If my abs were not tight, my body would sink down this way. You want to make sure you keep your abs tight, pull your feet back in onto your toes and come up to standing. It is very very important to pull your navel into your spine when you kick your feet out into pushup position. I’ll go ahead and demonstrate a couple for you making sure that you breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. "
