Video Transcript

" The next exercise that I’m going to demonstrate for you for your biceps is the military pull up. Go ahead and come on to the top of the bench and you are going to grab the insides of the bars so that your palms are facing inside as if you are doing a hammer curl. Go ahead and stand on the bar, straightening, standing up straight as if you are standing on the floor head, neck and back in one direction and you are going to exhale, pulling yourself up, inhale as you lower, exhale curl and inhale lower very good… exhale pull your body straight up good and inhale… perfect… exhale lift and inhale lower very good. Make sure that you have a loose grip on the bar, make your abs really tight and be sure that you are standing up nice and tall and that your biceps are doing all of the work. Exhale lift, inhale lower."
