" The next exercise I’m going to demonstrate for you is an incline press on the machine. You must first make sure that the weight is adjusted to what is appropriate for you. Then you’re going to adjust the seat so that your shoulders, again, are even with the bars that you are going to grab a hold of. Taking a seat, shoulders even with the bars and relax back. Now the incline press is slightly more difficult than the regular chest press. So pace yourself if this too difficult. Always go over to the chest press. Go ahead and grab a hold of the bars. Abs are tight and inhale. Exhale as you press. Abs are tight. Inhale and exhale. Perfect. Navel to spine, exhale as you press. For more of a challenge if you need one, with this machine, you can exhale press, squeeze in, open, and lower. Exhale press, squeeze, open, and lower. When you bring it in it’s just slightly difficult, more difficult than if you can just press up and down. If that’s too hard for you just press straight up and down. Exhale. Very good. "
